Getting startedWhat is LorenFlow?
LorenFlow is your money command center. We create clear plans for every paycheck, help you build better habits, and point out the next move so you stay ahead of surprises.
Getting startedWhere do I find the AI, and what can it do?
You’ll see AI inside certain tools (like What‑If, Budget Adjuster, Emergency Fund, and Finance Grade) and in the dedicated AI Advisor tool on your dashboard. It’s designed for finance-only guidance (income, bills, debts, savings, spending tradeoffs). It does not move money or make account changes for you.
Getting startedDo I need to link my bank?
No. You can type amounts manually or import them. If you link accounts later, we only use the data to improve your plan suggestions. We never move money without permission.
Getting startedCan I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel anytime. If you subscribed on the web, you can manage your subscription in-app. If you subscribed through an app store, cancellations are managed through your app store account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals and you keep access through the end of the then-current billing period.
Getting startedWhat happens when I upgrade or downgrade?
Plan changes take effect as shown when you make the change. You’ll see any timing or proration details before you confirm. If you subscribed through an app store, plan changes are managed through the app store.
Data & securityHow is my data protected?
We use encrypted connections (TLS) and rely on encryption features provided by our infrastructure providers to protect data at rest. Access to account data requires authentication and is restricted by access controls designed to limit data to the account owner. We minimize logs and avoid collecting sensitive fields where possible. You can export or delete your data anytime from Settings.
Data & securityCan I export my data?
Yes. From Settings you can export a JSON bundle of your data anytime. You can also request account deletion from Settings.
Data & securityDoes the AI ever make up numbers?
We run calculations on the numbers you enter. AI assists with explanations and coaching and is designed to stay consistent with your provided amounts.
