Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of LorenFlow’s websites and apps (the “Service”). They are provided for counsel review and will be finalized with legal input.

Acceptance

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Your use of the Service is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use information.

Eligibility

LorenFlow is intended for users in the United States. LorenFlow is not intended for children under 13.

Minors (13–17)

If you are 13–17, you may use LorenFlow only with permission from a parent or legal guardian. Where required by law, your parent or legal guardian must accept these Terms on your behalf and is responsible for your account and activity.

Accounts and security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized access or security incident.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service. For example, you will not attempt to access other users’ data, interfere with the Service’s operation, reverse engineer protected components (except to the extent permitted by law), or use the Service to violate applicable laws.

Subscriptions

LorenFlow may offer paid subscriptions. Depending on how you subscribe, billing may be handled either (a) directly through LorenFlow (web-direct), or (b) through a third-party app store (e.g., Apple App Store or Google Play).

In development/test environments, billing may be simulated and no real charges occur. For more information, see Billing, Cancellation & Refunds.

Cancellation

  • Web-direct: you can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and becomes effective at the end of the then-current billing period.
  • App store: cancellations and renewals are managed through your app store account settings and subject to that store’s rules.

Refunds

Except where required by applicable law, fees are non-refundable. Refunds for app store purchases are handled by the relevant app store under its policies.

Not financial advice

LorenFlow provides informational tools to help you plan and track personal finances. It is not a bank, broker, or financial advisor. Any insights or AI outputs are not financial, legal, or tax advice.

AI features

If you choose to use AI features, you are responsible for what you submit. Do not include highly sensitive personal information in prompts. AI outputs may be inaccurate.

Third-party services

The Service may rely on third-party services (for example, cloud hosting, analytics, authentication, databases, and AI processing). Your use of those third-party services may be subject to their own terms and policies.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Dispute resolution (no arbitration)

LorenFlow does not require arbitration in this version. Disputes may be brought in courts of competent jurisdiction.

Limitations of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LorenFlow is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, or data, arising from your use of the service.

Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless LorenFlow and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of laws principles, to the extent permissible. Venue for disputes will be in courts of competent jurisdiction in the United States.

Account deletion

You can delete your account from Settings, which triggers deletion of your Firestore user document and nested data, deletes stored files under your user storage prefix, and disables your login.
