Encryption
LorenFlow uses encrypted connections (TLS) for network communication. We also rely on encryption features provided by our cloud infrastructure providers to protect data at rest.
Access controls
Access to your data requires authentication, and we use authorization controls designed to ensure you can only access your own records. Administrative access is restricted and monitored.
Data export & deletion
You can export your data and request account deletion from Settings. Account deletion is intended to remove your user document and related user-scoped data and disable your login.
Analytics
LorenFlow may use analytics to understand usage and improve reliability. You can opt out of analytics in Settings (or at signup).
AI safety notes
AI-assisted features are designed for informational explanations and coaching. Avoid submitting highly sensitive personal information in prompts. AI outputs may be inaccurate and should be verified.
