Summary

LorenFlow helps you organize financial inputs (like bills, debts, income, and goals) and generate planning outputs. We store your account and the information you provide using cloud service providers for authentication and data storage. If you upload files (where supported), we store those files with a storage provider. If you choose to use AI-assisted features, we send the prompt text and any context you provide to an AI service provider to generate a response.

You can control certain settings in Settings, including opting out of analytics on your device and exporting or deleting your data.

Information we collect

• Account data: email address, name, and account preferences (for example, currency).
• Financial inputs you provide: pay cycles, bills, debts, goals, and transactions.
• Usage and device data: basic app usage/analytics when enabled, and device/browser data required to operate the Service (for example, timestamps and feature usage events).
• AI inputs (optional): the text you submit to AI features and any context you include in prompts. Avoid highly sensitive personal information (such as Social Security numbers).
• Billing and payment information (if applicable): if we offer paid subscriptions, billing may be handled by LorenFlow directly (web) or by an app store (such as Apple App Store or Google Play). Payment card details are handled by the payment processor or app store, and we receive transaction details such as subscription status and invoices.
• Support communications: information you include when you contact us (for example, email content sent to support).

How we use information

• Provide core app functionality (tracking, planning, preferences).
• Maintain account security and prevent abuse.
• Improve product experience (analytics if enabled).
• Provide AI-generated features when you request them.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

Sharing

We share information with service providers that help us operate the Service (for example, hosting, analytics, authentication, data storage, customer support, and payment processing). If you use AI features, your prompt content is sent to an AI service provider for processing. We may also share information if required by law, to protect the safety and integrity of the Service, or in connection with a business transfer (such as a merger or acquisition).

Analytics and cookies

We may use analytics and similar technologies to understand product usage and improve the Service. You can opt out in Settings (or at signup), which turns analytics off for this app on that browser/device (including in-app analytics events). We may still use cookies or local storage that are necessary to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and support core functionality.

AI features

When you use AI-assisted features, we send your prompt and any context you provide to a third-party AI provider to generate a response. AI outputs may be inaccurate and should not be treated as financial, legal, or tax advice. You are responsible for what you submit; do not include highly sensitive personal information in prompts.

Security and retention

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We generally retain information for as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You can request deletion as described below.

Your choices

• Analytics: you can opt out in Settings (or at signup). This applies to the device/browser where you set it.
• AI features: you can choose whether to use AI-assisted features; if you do, share only the information you are comfortable providing.
• Account information: you can update certain profile fields in-app. If you need help, contact support.

Data export and deletion

In Settings you can export some of your data as JSON and request account deletion. Account deletion is designed to remove or de-identify information associated with your account, subject to legal and operational requirements. For more details, see Data deletion.

Children and teens

LorenFlow is not intended for children under 13. If you are 13–17, you may use LorenFlow only with the permission of a parent or guardian (attested during signup, with a parent/guardian email provided). A parent or legal guardian must accept the Terms on your behalf where required.

Availability and legal scope

LorenFlow may be accessible in multiple countries. Availability can vary by platform, app store country settings, and local law. If you access LorenFlow outside the United States, you are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws in addition to these Terms.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date and may provide additional notice in the Service.
